Over the past 21 years, we have built 39 luxurious and beautiful homes in the Chicagoland area. Integrity Construction Consulting, Inc. is a company focused on challenging construction projects – we erect homes on waterlogged lots, build basements under existing homes and restore buildings built in the 19th century. In addition to new construction, we also do renovations and build home additions. Regardless of the scale of your project, we will be able to undertake it.

No one likes to wait for their dreams to be realized, and we are fully aware of that. For this reason, we do whatever we can to meet the promised deadlines. As long as it is safe to do so, we even work late at night as well as in winter. We do this to reduce construction time as much as possible.
In carrying out your project, we will also take care of the budget. Declaring a certain price for the construction of the house, we will do our best to ensure that the final cost is not higher. We are able to provide you with this thanks to the rapid implementation of the various stages, established market position, cooperation with the largest suppliers of materials and years of experience. We know what accidents can drastically affect the final cost of building a house and we effectively counteract them.
